Our tracking information updates in real-time. Rider locations are updated every 30 seconds, and status changes are reflected immediately in the system.
If your tracking number isn’t working, please check that you’ve entered it correctly. Tracking numbers typically start with “QE-” followed by 6 digits. If you’re still having issues, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Address changes after pickup may be possible but are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to change the delivery address.
Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you’ll see an updated estimated delivery time in the tracking system. For urgent concerns, contact our customer service team.
You can contact your delivery rider directly using the call or WhatsApp buttons in the tracking interface. The rider’s contact information is displayed once they’ve been assigned to your delivery.
